Houses of the Holy played for 2 years under the name "The Zeps," maintaining a busy schedule and inspiring fans with their performances. Doug Richwine, an accomplished singer who has fronted numerous Sacramento bands over the past 25 years, joined the band in the summer of 2012, and his excellent vocal abilities and showmanship make Houses of the Holy an authentic tribute.
The birth of the band goes back to bass player, Carl, and drummer Tony, who had been working together and laying down the rhythm for sometime before the arrival of Jesse as Jimmy Page and Doug as Robert Plant. The four musicians have an exceptional balance of talent, knowledge, experience, and friendship; and most importantly, they share an intense love for Led Zeppelin.
